Roles & Responsibilities
As an HR Coordinator Intern, you'll be an integral part of our Human Resources department, supporting various HR functions and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our employees. You'll work closely with experienced HR professionals, learning best practices and making a tangible impact from day one. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop a strong foundation in HR and administration.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist with various administrative tasks within the HR department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing inquiries and guiding them to appropriate resources.
- Help with onboarding new hires, ensuring a welcoming and smooth transition into the company.
- Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives, developing new skills and insights.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite for document creation, data management, and presentations.
