Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities: -

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to interviewing.

- Handle employee relations issues and provide HR policy guidance

- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws.

- Contribute to HR program development and implementation.

- Maintain accurate HR documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- 5-8 years of HR experience. - Proficiency in recruiting for blue-collar roles in manufacturing.

- Proven track record in HR roles within the manufacturing sector. - Bilingual in English and Hindi (Required).

- Knowledge of HR best practices and UAE labor laws. - Strong communication and organizational skills.
