Roles & Responsibilities

The HR Generalist will support the strategic and operational goals of the HR department by handling a broad range of human resources functions. These include overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, enhancing employee engagement, analyzing HR metrics, supporting compliance, and providing HR policy guidance. The HR Generalist serves as a key point of contact for both employees and management, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with organizational values and labor law. re

Coordinate and oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Conduct orientation sessions, introduce company policies and culture, and manage all related documentation.

Carry out structured exit interviews, analyze feedback, and propose improvements to enhance retention and engagement.

Support workforce planning and collaborate on talent acquisition strategies with recruitment partners.

HR Operations, Payroll & Attendance:

Supervise timely and accurate payroll processing, including salary adjustments, KPI calculations, and NSSF compliance.

Address payroll-related inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and prepare all statutory documentation.

Track and report employee attendance, leave balances, and absenteeism trends.

Maintain accurate employee records through HRIS and ensure data integrity for audit and reporting purposes.

Performance Management & Development:

Develop and implement performance appraisal systems aligned with organizational goals.

Facilitate annual and mid-year performance reviews, support managers in setting objectives, and monitor progress.
