Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR team at Caribou Coffee UAE. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee experience across our stores and head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment for store and head office positions (screening, scheduling, onboarding).
  • Support employee relations and act as a point of contact for staff queries.
  • Handle employee documentation, HR letters, and file management.
  • Assist with attendance tracking and monthly payroll preparation.
  • Support training, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with PRO/legal team for visa processing and renewals.
  • Maintain HR database and ensure accuracy of employee records.
  • Support HR Manager in daily operations and projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE.
  • Previous experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
