As we continue to expand our dynamic team, we’re looking for a motivated HR Intern / HR Assistant who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.


The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow their career in HR with a strong focus on recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy HR department in the real estate sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Proactively source candidates through online platforms, social media, and recruitment databases.
  • Support in maintaining an active talent pipeline for roles such as property consultants, administrators, and other key positions.
  • Prepare and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including preparation of offer letters, contracts, and induction materials.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support other HR functions, including employee engagement activities, training schedules, and basic administrative tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently studying).
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous internship or administrative experience in HR is an advantage but not mandatory.
