Roles & Responsibilities
Employment Type: Full Time
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for an industrial company based in Hamriyah Free Zone (HFZA). The candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HFZA compliance, including visa and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee exits
Manage HFZA employment contracts, visas, renewals, and cancellations
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and HFZA regulations
Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and HR policies
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and HR report
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
5–8 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector
Proven experience with Hamriyah Free Zone Authority procedures
Good communication and documentation skills
Salary: 10000 -15000
