Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels and succession planning.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations across all HR practices.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- Experience in Education industry is a MUST.
- Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
