Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels and succession planning.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations across all HR practices.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
  • Experience in Education industry is a MUST.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
