Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and administer compensation, benefits, and payroll activities.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment aligned with company values.
  • Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and drive talent acquisition strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 10 year of experience in a human resources management or related role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and data management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR challenges.
  • Willingness to work on-site in an office-based environment.
