Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our facilities Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and workplace engagement.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
- Enhance employee engagement and growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as HR Manager.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
CIPD/SHRM certification is an advantage.
