Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR professional for a forward-thinking technology-driven organization headquartered in the UAE, supporting clients across India, the Middle East, and African Markets.
Salary- upto 17K AED + Company Benefits
Lead the complete HR function (360°) – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and offboarding
Formulate, implement, and standardize HR policies and procedures across the organization
Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and regional employment regulations
Partner directly with the Managing Director on workforce planning and organizational strategy
Strengthen company culture and employee engagement across multiple geographies
Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies for a growing organization (150–200 employees)
Develop performance management frameworks and succession planning initiatives
Provide HR guidance for operations across India, Middle East, and African markets
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree is a plus in Human Resources (mandatory)
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role within a medium to large organization.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) to validate expertise in human resources practices and principles.
Experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, manufacturing) to bring relevant insights and best practices.
Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is highly desirable to cater to diverse workforce needs.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements to navigate legal landscapes effectively.
Proficiency in HRIS software and data analysis tools to streamline processes and make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing team members for success.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage change and influence organizational culture positively.
