Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR professional for a forward-thinking technology-driven organization headquartered in the UAE, supporting clients across India, the Middle East, and African Markets.


Salary- upto 17K AED + Company Benefits


  • Lead the complete HR function (360°) – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and offboarding

  • Formulate, implement, and standardize HR policies and procedures across the organization

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and regional employment regulations

  • Partner directly with the Managing Director on workforce planning and organizational strategy

  • Strengthen company culture and employee engagement across multiple geographies

  • Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies for a growing organization (150–200 employees)

  • Develop performance management frameworks and succession planning initiatives

  • Provide HR guidance for operations across India, Middle East, and African markets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree is a plus in Human Resources (mandatory)

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role within a medium to large organization.

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) to validate expertise in human resources practices and principles.

  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, manufacturing) to bring relevant insights and best practices.

  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is highly desirable to cater to diverse workforce needs.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements to navigate legal landscapes effectively.

  • Proficiency in HRIS software and data analysis tools to streamline processes and make informed decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing team members for success.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage change and influence organizational culture positively.
