Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with the CFO to support disciplined execution of the Manpower Budget
Ensure the Recruitment Officer is proactive in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
Maintain full compliance across all schools and nurseries, ensuring timelines and regulatory requirements are consistently met
Demonstrate strong organization and confidence in managing all HR data relating to staffing, vacancies, hiring, and performance
Oversee Licensing and compliance with ADEK ,MOHRE and UAE labor requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Bilingual candidates
Preference experience in education field

University Graduate
