Job Description

An HR Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the human resources department within an organization. They are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy. The HR Manager acts as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters and provides support, guidance, and expertise on a wide range of HR functions. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of employee relationships, employment law, and human resources policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling conflict management, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture that encourages employee engagement and high performance.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with company goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources management with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee engagement.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills in a diverse workplace.
  • Experience in using HR software and applicant tracking systems efficiently.
