Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Conduct workforce planning to identify the right personnel aligned with the company's growth targets, manage job postings and candidate pools, execute competency-based interviews, reference checks, and offer processes, and organize the orientation process for new employees.
2. Personnel Affairs, Payroll, and Legal Processes
Compile complete personnel files to safeguard employees' legal rights, manage payroll, timekeeping, and leave tracking, submit social security declarations to official institutions, and execute all procedures from employment contracts to termination in full compliance with labor laws.
3. Performance and Career Management
Translate company goals into individual KPIs to enhance productivity and retention, organize regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, and develop promotion and succession plans for high-performing employees.
4. Training and Development
Conduct training needs analyses to improve employees' professional and personal competencies, plan the annual training budget and calendar, and ensure the tracking and completion of legally mandatory trainings such as OHS.
5. Corporate Culture and Employee Engagement
Maintain transparent internal communication to foster a high sense of belonging, organize social events and satisfaction surveys, and actively listen to and resolve employee requests and grievances.
6. Administrative Affairs
Oversee catering, personnel transportation, cleaning, and security services, and manage the tracking processes for company vehicles, phones, and the assignment of corporate assets.
7. Digital HR and HR Analytics (New Added Section)
Manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and digital platforms to increase operational efficiency, lead the digital transformation of HR processes, and utilize HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making mechanisms.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with the Labor Office, Social Insurance Office, and external stakeholders (including the management of Mandoob / Government Relations processes).
Sector & Experience
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and in managing a blue-collar workforce.
Problem Solving
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during times of crisis (such as work accidents, disciplinary processes, etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile
Arabic: Native/Fluent (Mandatory for communication with blue-collar staff and government offices).
English: Advanced Level (Required for reporting purposes).
Turkish: Preferred (Considered an asset for communication with Turkish management).
