Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified construction professionals for various roles, including skilled laborers, foremen, supervisors, engineers, and project managers.
  • Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings on various portals, interviews, onboarding, and new employee orientations.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire,Coordinate temporary and permanent staffing solutions to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations on all job sites.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee work hours, certifications, and project assignments.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Upkeep the business on new rules and regulations from MOHRE.
  • Monitors employee attendance, sending daily absenteeism and late reports to the management.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
  • Manage timely renewals of employee documents (Visa, Labor cards, EID passes).
  • Manage timely renewals , addition, deletions of medical insurance for all associates
  • Handle internal and external PRO service providers.

Coordinate

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a mid- to large-sized organization within a relevant industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant plus, enhancing communication with diverse teams.
