Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: HR Officer (UAE National)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a motivated HR Officer (UAE National) to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have 0–5 years of experience in HR functions and be eager to grow within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation and record management

  • Support recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and onboarding processes

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

  • Assist in leave management, attendance tracking, and HR administration

  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures

  • Support employee engagement and HR-related activities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • UAE National with Family Book (Mandatory)

  • 0–5 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Must be based in the UAE and willing to work in Abu Dhabi
