Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies and UAE labor law. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment and selection process Maintain employee records and HR database Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures Monitor attendance and leave management Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the finance team Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies Assist in HR reporting and audits
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the UAE medical center
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office;
experience with HR software is an advantage
