Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations
Assist in resolving employee queries, complaints, and grievances.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Facilitate communication between management and staff to promote a positive work environment.
2. Visa & Work Permits
Coordinate visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees
Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and external service providers.
Ensure all visa-related documents are accurately filed and compliant with local regulations.
3. Position Management
Maintain organizational charts and monitor vacant positions.
Track staff movements (promotions, transfers, terminations) and update HR systems accordingly.
Assist in job description updates.
4. Salary & Compensation
Maintain salary and benefits structures
5. Performance Management
Help implement performance appraisal processes.
Track KPIs and performance outcomes for employees.
Generate performance reports for management review.
6. Training & Development
Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
Maintain training records and monitor attendance.
Assist in organizing internal and external learning initiatives.
7. HR Events & Engagement
Support HR in planning and executing employee activities/ team events
Manage logistics and communications for corporate events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 3 years of HR experience (preferably in employee relations and administration).
Good knowledge of labor laws and visa regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
