Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all HR activities for the company s operations in Lebanon and supporting HR matters related to West Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (local and international hiring)
  • Oversee onboarding processes and employee documentation
  • Coordinate and supervise payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with Lebanese Labor Law and applicable regulations in West Africa
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain personnel files, contracts, and work permits
  • Provide HR support for West Africa operations, including coordination of travel when required
  • Support management in workforce planning and HR strategy development

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of HR experience (experience in contracting or construction is highly preferred)

Strong knowledge of Lebanese Labor Law

Experience in multi-country HR operations is a strong advantage

Fluency in English and French (mandatory)

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and build the HR function effectively

Willingness and ability to travel to West Africa when required
