Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct performance management processes to ensure fair and consistent evaluations, providing guidance to supervisors and managers.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Develop and deliver HR training sessions to enhance employee knowledge and skills related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, preparing regular reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management and project execution.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience preferred.
