Job Vacancy – HR Officer hiring a qualified HR Officer (Male/Female) with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience, which is mandatory. Candidates without UAE experience should not apply. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Handle payroll processing and coordination with finance Manage HR operations including leave, attendance, contracts, and renewals Maintain employee records in compliance with UAE Labour Law Handle employee relations and HR documentation Prepare HR reports and support management requirements Requirements: Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory) Strong experience in Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Proficient in MS Office and HR systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Indian candidates are preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Important Note: Candidates without 5 years of UAE HR experience will not be considered.
