Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure meeting Saudization requirements within the assigned rigs.
  • Follow up on annual appraisals within the assigned rigs.
  • Active participation in functional department meetings as appropriate; providing guidance and assistance with Talent Management programs including succession planning, workforce planning, and performance management (appraisals).
  • Supervising the labor pool as stated in Labor Pool Procedure.
  • Support specialists in arranging employees crew change when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and government regulations.
  • Responsible for initiate/review disciplinary actions except terminations.
  • Arrange the full and final settlements of the resigned/terminated employees in cooperation with employee relations.
  • Responsible to deliver training related to HR aspects such as progressive disciplinary procedure.
  • Responsible for investigation and documenting the disciplinary action.
  • Manage terminations ensuring exit interviews are conducted when appropriate and clearance of employee by cooperating with employee relations.
  • Ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees in employment actions.
  • Advise management and Compliance on potential discrimination issues and make recommendations to ensure compliance with Company policies.
  • Responsible for communicating with the assigned rig manager for any matter related to employee promotion, salary, revision etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related majors to the field.
  • Minimum 9 years of professional experience in human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Preferred Professional Certifications in HR.

Skills:

  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Advance Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
