Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The HR Operations Associate Projects supports the Project team in delivering seamless recruitment, onboarding/off boarding, attendance & payroll administration, and employee relations services. This role ensures accurate employee data, timely processing of HR transactions, and a positive experience for both new hires and existing staff./p>

Responsibilities:/strong>

Recruitment support: /strong>

  • Partner with project managers to gather staffing requirements and create job announcements.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; schedule and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and records on an ongoing basis.
  • Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, reports, and trackers.

Onboarding & offboarding: /strong>

  • Own the end to end onboarding process (offer letters, contracts, system access, orientation).
  • Facilitate smooth off boarding, including exit interviews and departure clearance.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure all required paperwork is completed.

Attendance & Payroll Administration: /strong>

  • Keep employee records updated in the HRIS (timesheets, leave balances, leave requests, monthly cost allocations, etc.).
  • Collect, verify, and submit timesheets to payroll on schedule; liaise with managers and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist payroll managers with data validation and resolve any attendance related discrepancies.

Employee Relations & Support/strong>

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Support day to day HR and administrative tasks (e.g., policy distribution, HR communications).
  • Help resolve employee grievances in line with company policy and applicable labor laws.
  • Develop and maintain standard processes and forms for employee relations matters (e.g., disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans).
  • Coordinate with project managers and other department heads on employee related issues.

Documentation & General Administration /strong>

  • Safeguard employee contracts and related documents; ensure they are current and stored securely.
  • Communicate status updates and follow up on assigned HR tasks and requests.
  • Perform any other duties or special projects assigned by management.

Projects Representative /strong>

  • Represent the company at client sites in matters related to employee access IDs and site entry coordination.
  • Ensure professional communication with client focal points for gate pass issuance, renewal and related access requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
  • 2-4 years relevant experience
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Good knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
