Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update employee records and HR databases
- Handle HR operations processes (contracts, attendance, etc.)
- Work on government platforms (e.g., Qiwa) and ensure compliance
- Prepare and maintain reports using Excel
- Support payroll and other HR administrative tasks
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR Operations or similar role
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data handling
- Experience working with government platforms (e.g., Qiwa)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
