Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases
  • Handle HR operations processes (contracts, attendance, etc.)
  • Work on government platforms (e.g., Qiwa) and ensure compliance
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Excel
  • Support payroll and other HR administrative tasks
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR Operations or similar role

  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data handling
  • Experience working with government platforms (e.g., Qiwa)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and communication skills
