Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Officer (Client Management) who is bilingual i(English and Arabic). This role will be responsible for supporting HR operational processes for outsourced staff while acting as a key liaison between the staffing company and its clients. The candidate will ensure compliance, accurate workforce administration, and a high standard of service delivery to client accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Account Support

  • Act as a dedicated HR operations contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Understand client-specific HR processes and ensure alignment with staffing solutions.
  • Support client onboarding processes, including documentation, employee induction, and systems setup.
  • Resolve client inquiries related to HR operations, attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, contract management, renewals, terminations).
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately in HR systems and databases.
  • Coordinate with payroll and PRO teams to ensure timely visa processing, insurance, and salary administration.
  • Track and report on employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all employee records and HR processes comply with labor laws and client-specific requirements.
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters, and other legal documents in accordance with policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee files and client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare regular reports on manpower, attrition, attendance, and contract status.
  • Support HR analytics and client reviews with accurate data and operational insights.
  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for client deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, within the staffing, outsourcing, or manpower industry.
  • Experience in handling client accounts or outsourced workforce operations.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English and Arabicboth written and verbal.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • High attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), HRIS/ATS systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of visa and immigration processes for UAE..
  • Experience in handling high-volume staffing projects.
  • Familiarity with ERP or workforce management systems.
