HR Operations Officer

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Description :

Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, administration, or general management, with exposure to both HR and operational domains.
Prior experience working in TECOM, Dubai Internet City, or similar UAE free zones.
Strong ability to set up and manage multi-functional operations in a start-up or lean team environment.
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and accounting/ERP systems.
Independent and proactive, with strong attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Master s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
