Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily HR operations activities across all sites/locations.
Ensure smooth delivery of HR services in line with policies, procedures, and labor law.
Establish and enforce HR operational standards and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, renewals, transfers, and promotions.
Ensure all HR documents, forms, and correspondences are properly processed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employee documents.
Ensure payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leaves, penalties, incentives, allowances) are accurate and timely.
Coordinate with payroll to verify data before monthly cut-off.
Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, tax rules, and internal policies.
Supervise attendance systems, shift schedules, and leave tracking.
Review monthly attendance reports, exceptions, and anomalies.
Work closely with IT/System Admin on any system issues.
Ensure accuracy of HR master data in HRIS / ERP systems.
Periodically audit HR data and correct discrepancies.
Generate periodic HR operational reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.).
