Enjaz is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Engagement Executive to manage inbound leads and conduct outbound follow-up calls to nurture prospects and drive conversions.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls with potential clients to nurture leads, answer questions, and encourage conversion.
• Engage with prospects through multiple communication channels including phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and messaging platforms.
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs, requirements, and expectations.
• Present company services clearly and provide accurate information to prospective clients.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to maximized engagement and conversion opportunities.
• Update and manage customer information, communication history, and lead status in CRM systems.
• Track response times and follow-up activities to ensure high service standards.
• Share customer feedback and lead insights with marketing and business development.
• Represent the company professionally and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and engage effectively with potential clients.
• Experience using CRM systems and lead tracking tools (HubSpot, Apollo ai.).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
• Experience in sales support or lead conversion is a strong advantage.
