Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment processes for real estate sector roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring activities with department heads.
Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes aligned with company goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector.
Strong understanding of real estate industry hiring practices and talent needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a high pressure, fast moving environment.
Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
