Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and recruiter networks

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews

  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring team

  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment records

  • Post job openings on different platforms and manage applications

  • Build strong talent pools for future hiring needs

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experience & Skills:
    • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
    • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other recruitment channels
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  2. Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  3. Work Style & Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
    • Proactive, solution-oriented, and a strong team player

  4. Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience recruiting for Indian markets or remote roles
    • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
