Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead our human resources department and oversee all aspects of talent acquisition and management.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new employees
  • Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and career development programs
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and employment regulations
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create workforce plans
  • Implement and maintain HRIS and applicant tracking systems
  • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior management

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and employment practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in HR management software and applicant tracking systems
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition techniques
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) required
