Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead our human resources department and oversee all aspects of talent acquisition and management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new employees
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and career development programs
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and employment regulations
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create workforce plans
- Implement and maintain HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
- Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment roles, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and employment practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in HR management software and applicant tracking systems
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition techniques
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) required
