Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Updating the employee files regularly in the payroll system to document personnel actions such as leave/vacation, attendance, overtime etc. in order to provide information for payroll and other uses.
  • Preparing Debit Notes, leave payments, Termination or End of Service Settlement and any other payment related to payroll reporting.
  • Manage End of Service benefits calculation and processing in line with Saudi labour law.
  • Updating the attendance roster and ensure proper tracking of the same.
  • Keeping track of sick certificates and record the details into monthly attendance sheet.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate for health insurance activities for all employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR Systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Saud labour regulations and company policies.
  • Act as one point contact for all HR related activities in the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR Experience, preferably in KSA
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour laws and payroll regulations, will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR Software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Age: Below 40 years.
  • Nationality : Filipino / Indian
  • Gender: Male
  • Salary: According to the market standards.
