Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Payroll Management
Manage the complete monthly payroll process including salary preparation, verification of attendance and leave records, processing of deductions and benefits, and ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement in compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely onboarding of suitable candidates as per business requirements.
Performance Management
Support and manage the performance management cycle by coordinating appraisals, tracking employee performance metrics, assisting in goal setting, and facilitating performance improvement initiatives where required.
Government Relations & Compliance
Manage all interactions with Saudi government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and other relevant systems, including employee registrations, visa processing, documentation, and ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee relations by addressing staff concerns, resolving grievances including payroll-related issues, and managing disciplinary actions in line with company policies, while also organizing employee engagement activities to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Training & Development
Coordinate and organize training programs by identifying training needs, preparing training schedules, maintaining training records, and ensuring proper documentation and tracking of employee development initiatives.
HR & Administrative Operations
Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative activities including managing employee recoveries, handling incident reports from client locations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth execution of operational processes.
Compliance & Renewals
Manage and track all company-related renewals including licenses, office-related documentation, and ensure timely completion to avoid any operational disruptions.
Reporting Structure
The role will report directly to the Head of HR based in Dubai, ensuring alignment with overall HR strategy and operational requirement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree and above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
At least 3-6 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of various HR functions.
