You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team on missions of a wide variety of nature, such as:

• Management of the HR function and human resources performance: organization of the HR function, CSR, HR management indicators,
• Human resources development: recruitment, career, GPEC, training,
• HR tools and information systems: project management and operational implementation,
• Social management: studies, drafting of HR documents, preparation of negotiations,
• Change management: communication plan, training, and support.
• Learning: building a Learning & Development strategy, establishing a corporate culture that promotes learning, accelerating talent development.

You will also be involved in the internal life of the firm, around different subjects:

• The development or strengthening of our offers / encryption of innovations and current challenges,
• The development of new opportunities through responses to calls for tenders and commercial proposals,
• The team's publishing policy (writing articles, presentation of sector decryption, studies, white papers, etc.).
