Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with UAE Labour Law.
- Handle visa processing, renewals, medicals, Emirates ID, insurance, and other PRO-related coordination.
- Manage payroll processing, WPS submissions, and overtime calculations.
- Prepare and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with MOL/MOHRE.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Administration
- Oversee daily office administration, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage company assets distribution (SIM cards, laptops, uniforms, etc.) and maintain proper records.
- Support management in coordinating audits, inspections, and government documentation.
- Ensure proper filing, correspondence, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage office utilities, contracts, and renewals (Ejari, trade license, insurance, etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR & Admin experience in the UAE (experience in labour supply / manpower outsourcing is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, MOHRE, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to join immediately.
