About this Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented graduate to support strategic HR transformation programmes across VOIS. This is as part of our Discover Graduate Program which is a 2-year program for fresh graduates. The individual will contribute to governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and communications, while gaining exposure to senior HR leaders. This role offers excellent learning opportunities in project management, HR transformation, and organisational effectiveness
What you will do
- Support the development and formatting of presentations, reports, and communication materials for HR transformation initiatives.
- Maintain governance trackers, project documentation and RAID logs, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Contribute to KPI tracking, reporting, and consolidation of half year and year end achievements.
- Coordinate and support meetings and workshops, including planning agendas and capturing action points.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and updates for transformation activities.
- Provide administrative and organisational support, including diary management, documentation, and Teams site maintenance.
- Support the wider Transformation team in preparing for key governance forums.
Who you are
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Interested in HR, transformation, project management, communications, or change management, with a proactive approach to learning and development.
- Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
- Background in Business or Communications is preferred but not essential.
