Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist with preparing, transcribing, transferring, organizing, gathering, and distributing information, as well as maintaining both written and digital communications and records.

  • Support the creation and submission of written inspection reports.

  • Maintain the HSE Tracking Log, including but not limited to:

    • List of employees and their current project assignments

    • HSE goals and completion status

    • Monthly HSE reports

    • ADOSH (Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health) Quarterly Performance Reports

    • HSE write-ups for all tenders, RFPs, and LOEs

    • HSE online training records

    • New hire employee records and HSE orientations

    • Office HSE Committee and meeting logs

    • Recordkeeping of active and inactive job requisitions across all projects

  • Create and maintain HSE folders, which are typically used to prepare ESHARP (Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program) validation audit records, reports, and HSE goals.

  • Support the Deputy HSE Director in monitoring work planning and performance.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of Parsons occupational injury and incident reports, including reviewing information to confirm alignment with established standards and implementation guidelines.

  • Assists with new hire orientation.

  • Participate in regulatory and best practice SH&E training, as well as create and maintain its records.

  • Participates in routine safety work briefings to make minutes of meetings.

  • Perform other duties relevant to this position, as required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degreein any related discipline from a recognized University

  • At least 6 years of related work experience in the field of Admin Assistant with knowledge of HSE regulations.

  • Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint and other relevant computer applications.

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Working knowledge of ADOSH System Framework and other SH&E regulations and reporting procedures.

  • Preferably with experience in the UAE and with a driving license is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degreein any related discipline from a recognized University

At least 6 years of related work experience in the field of Admin Assistant with knowledge of HSE regulations.
