Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Purpose:
The Hub Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing all DXB-HUB and UAE operations, ensuring efficient and streamlined global VAL movements through Dubai. The role requires strategic planning, operational oversight, and leadership to enhance efficiency and drive operational growth both globally and locally.
Principal Accountabilities:
Hub & Operations Management
· Oversee daily operations at DXB-HUB, ensuring smooth freight forwarding and secure logistics handling.
· Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
· Ensure seamless coordination with global and local teams to manage the movement of VAL (Valuable Cargo).
· Supervise cargo handling, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics within the UAE.
2. Compliance & Security
· Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, customs requirements, and global security protocols for cargo movement.
· Work closely with airport authorities, freight companies, and customs to maintain operational integrity.
· Implement and uphold Brink’s security policies to safeguard high-value cargo.
3. Performance & KPI Management
· Set and monitor KPIs for DXB-HUB operations, ensuring operational goals are met.
· Optimize cost efficiency while maintaining service quality and security standards.
· Generate performance reports and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination
· Manage and lead on-ground operations teams, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Collaborate with global teams, local stakeholders, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless logistics.
· Provide operational support and updates to the Director of Operations on key projects and performance.
5. Strategic Growth & Expansion
· Support new project launches and expansion plans for Brink’s global operations via DXB.
· Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
· Play a key role in achieving a 25% increase in global operational performance and 35% growth in UAE operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, airline industry, and logistics operations.
- Deep understanding of global and regional supply chain management, including secure logistics for high-value cargo (VAL).
- Experience in managing large-scale hub operations with an emphasis on efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of airport operations, customs regulations, and freight handling procedures.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Proven track record in leading and developing operational teams, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
- Proven ability to engage with clients, vendors, and authorities to ensure seamless cargo movement.
