Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary: We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance. You will play a key role in supporting both management and employees to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviews.
Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Employee Relations
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and warnings.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed.
Payroll & Benefits
Assist in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Coordinate with finance for salary adjustments and deductions.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Track employee performance reviews and assist in appraisal processes.
Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
Compliance & Legal
Ensure company policies comply with UAE Labor Law and regulations.
Handle visa processing, work permits, and government-related documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law is a must.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
