Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary: We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance. You will play a key role in supporting both management and employees to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviews.

  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.

  • Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

  • Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.

  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and warnings.

  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed.

Payroll & Benefits

  • Assist in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time.

  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking.

  • Coordinate with finance for salary adjustments and deductions.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.

  • Track employee performance reviews and assist in appraisal processes.

  • Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.

Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure company policies comply with UAE Labor Law and regulations.

  • Handle visa processing, work permits, and government-related documentation.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law is a must.

  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
