Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating a track record of effective HR practices.
  • Certification from a recognized HR body, such as SHRM or HRCI, is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced industry, such as tech, finance, or healthcare, to understand diverse workforce dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations applicable within the region.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is advantageous for effective communication.
  • Proficient in HR software systems and tools, including ATS and HRIS platforms, for streamlined processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and use data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
