Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Review, discuss and resolve employee problems and complaints in area of responsibility by meeting with employees to receive information on the problem and co-coordinating resolutions with other departments and individuals.

  • Perform employee relations duties, including dealing with refereeing disputes, grievance, and administering disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain regular and clear communication with employees
  • Acting as a neutral mediator to resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of performance review processes.
  • Conducting assessments to determine the training needs of employees across different departments.
  • Analyzing performance data, employee feedback, and business goals to identify areas where training is needed.
  • Conducting training sessions
  • Coordinating with external trainers or vendors when specialized training is required.
  • Organizing training sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, and coordinating logistics.
  • Providing administrative support for training programs, such as preparing materials and setting up equipment.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and employees.
  • Supporting new employees through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
