Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract exceptional talent across diverse sectors.
Develop streamlined onboarding programs ensuring smooth and engaging experiences for new hires.
Foster positive employee relations, proactively resolving concerns and promoting a collaborative workplace culture.
Implement robust performance management systems aligning individual achievements with organizational objectives.
Create and manage impactful training and professional development programs.
Ensure thorough compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
Utilize advanced HR management software for efficient record-keeping and process improvement.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing HR team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally within diverse or multi-sector environments.
Proven experience in establishing or significantly contributing to an HR department.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR management systems, labor regulations, and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
