Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on daily HR operations (, contracts, attendance & leave management, employee exit procedures, etc.).
Maintain and update employee records and files in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Ensure full compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and related HR regulations (mandatory requirement).
Support the development and enhancement of HR policies and internal procedures.
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and other departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations, with full knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law and its updates.
Strong commitment, sense of responsibility, and organizational skills
