Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the division s business objectives and corporate goals.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational design to ensure the right capabilities are in place to support business growth.
- Oversee performance management, talent development, and succession planning across the division.
- Drive initiatives around employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
- Manage compensation and benefits frameworks in line with market competitiveness and company policies.
- Advise senior leadership on HR matters, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies.
- Lead and mentor the HR team supporting the investment division.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in Human Resources
- Bachelors degree minimum qualification
- Must be living in the UAE with GCC experience
- Proficiency in UAE Labor Law
