Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1 - responsible for managing payroll and personnel activities in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies. The role ensures accurate payroll processing, proper employee documentation, and effective HR operations support.

2 - Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Calculate salaries, overtime, incentives, deductions, and penalties.
3 - Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, company policies, and payroll regulations.
4 - Prepare final settlements, end-of-service calculations, and resignation cases.
5 - Coordinate with the Finance Department for payroll posting and bank transfers.

6 - Maintain complete and up-to-date personnel files in accordance with Labor Law requirements.
7 - Prepare employment contracts, renewals, amendments, and HR letters.
8 - Manage attendance, leaves, vacations, permissions, and sick leaves.
9 - Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
10 - Monitor probation periods and contract renewals.
11 - Handle social insurance registration, updates, and termination (Forms 1, 2, 6).
12 - Follow up on social insurance payments and inspections.
13 - Ensure accurate employee data in social insurance records.
14 - Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, leaves, and personnel matters.
15 - Support internal and external audits related to payroll and personnel files.

2 - Ability to work under pressure and meet payroll deadlines.
3 - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4 - Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 - Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 3 5 years of experience in payroll and personnel roles in Egypt.
3 - Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance Law.
4 - Proficiency in payroll systems, HR software, and Microsoft Excel.
5 - High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
