Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding.
  • Keep employee records up to date, including attendance, leaves, contracts, and HRIS entries.
  • Assist with payroll by preparing accurate attendance and personnel data.
  • Support employees with day-to-day HR inquiries and help resolve issues to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Take part in performance management cycles, track KPIs, and follow up on evaluation deadlines.
  • Ensure HR policies are followed and stay compliant with Egyptian labor law and company guidelines.
  • Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other development activities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare turnover and offboarding reports.
  • Contribute to HR projects and internal events that strengthen employee engagement and company culture.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights to management.

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
