Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Oversee all documentation and procedures related to new hires, contract updates, transfers, and termination processes.
Ensure timely and compliant processing of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and governmental regulations
Address employee inquiries related to policies, leave management, health insurance, and other employment benefits.
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening basic CVs, and assisting with entry-level interview coordination
Assist in preparing annual performance review forms and basic training and development materials.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in handling data and documentation.
Strong communication skill.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a clear focus on Operations and Payroll administration.
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Labor Law.
Giza Resident or living nearby.
