Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Integration Management

  • Defining needs with operational managers.
  • Drafting and posting job offers on appropriate platforms.
  • Sourcing, telephone pre-screening and conducting interviews.
  • Organization of onboarding (welcoming new arrivals, integration process).

Personnel Administration & Payroll

  • Management of individual files (contracts, amendments, mutual insurance, medical visits).
  • Preparation of variable payroll elements (absences, leave, bonuses, overtime).
  • Monitoring of HR indicators (absenteeism, turnover) via dashboards.
  • Legal monitoring to ensure compliance with labor laws.

Skills Development

  • Gathering training needs and developing a skills development plan.
  • Organizing training sessions and monitoring the budget.
  • Management of annual and professional interview campaigns.

Internal Communication & Social Climate

  • Answering employees' everyday questions.
  • Organizing internal events (Team Building, seminars) to strengthen company culture.
  • Support in relations with employee representative bodies (if applicable).

Technical Skills (Hard Skills):

  • Expertise in labor law and administrative management.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite, payroll/HRIS software).

Personal Qualities (Soft Skills):

  • Sense of confidentiality : Absolute discretion regarding sensitive data.
  • Interpersonal skills : Empathy, listening and diplomacy.
  • Organization : Ability to manage several files simultaneously with rigor.
