Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, personnel files, affiliation, absences, leave)
  • Managing legal obligations regarding labor law and legislation
  • Actively participate in recruitment: posting job advertisements, selecting candidates
  • Following up on professional training: needs assessment, organization, and monitoring of training sessions.
  • Participate in payroll processing
  • Submit monthly and annual social security declarations (DAC - DAS)
  • Maintaining relationships with ANEM and recruitment agencies
  • Ensure the application of HR policies and compliance with labor legislation
  • Contributing to cross-functional projects: quality of work life, skills development, career management
  • Mastery of labor law and current social legislation
  • Good knowledge of recruitment procedures, social security declarations (DAC, DAS) and payroll
  • Experience in managing relationships with external organizations (e.g., ANEM, CNAS, recruitment agencies)
  • Knowledge of HR tools and PC payroll software - T ld declarations - Excel, Word, personnel management tools
  • Ability to manage cross-functional HR projects (training, career management)
  • Sense of communication, listening, and confidentiality
