Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, personnel files, affiliation, absences, leave)
- Managing legal obligations regarding labor law and legislation
- Actively participate in recruitment: posting job advertisements, selecting candidates
- Following up on professional training: needs assessment, organization, and monitoring of training sessions.
- Participate in payroll processing
- Submit monthly and annual social security declarations (DAC - DAS)
- Maintaining relationships with ANEM and recruitment agencies
- Ensure the application of HR policies and compliance with labor legislation
- Contributing to cross-functional projects: quality of work life, skills development, career management
- Mastery of labor law and current social legislation
- Good knowledge of recruitment procedures, social security declarations (DAC, DAS) and payroll
- Experience in managing relationships with external organizations (e.g., ANEM, CNAS, recruitment agencies)
- Knowledge of HR tools and PC payroll software - T ld declarations - Excel, Word, personnel management tools
- Ability to manage cross-functional HR projects (training, career management)
- Sense of communication, listening, and confidentiality
