Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Update the human resources information system (HRIS).
- Apply personnel management rules and procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Put into practice the application notes coming from the department, Inform staff about statutory and contractual provisions when hiring into the structure.
- Check and record information on personnel management (entries/exits, leave, absences, work accidents, ...).
- Enter and control payroll variables (overtime, bonuses, absences, etc.). Manage working time and enter absences and illnesses into the ERP.
- Maintaining legal records (staff movements, paid leave, etc.). Monitoring the training plan. Handling administrative personnel matters (managing and scheduling medical appointments, disciplinary procedures, etc.).
- Ensure follow-up of declarations to social organizations (integration of new employees, DAC, DAS, 301 BIS, declaration of work stoppages and work accidents).
- Participate in updating HR reporting.
- To ensure the application of social law and labor law.
- Apply the QHSE (Quality, Hygiene, Safety and Environment) regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possessing professional knowledge in the field of Human Resources.
- Having 2+ years of experience in the field.
- Communication.
- Good responsiveness.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ensure effective communication within the HR team and with other departments.
- Skills: Proficiency in HR IT tools, excellent communication, problem-solving skills.
- Residence Algiers Dar el Beida and surrounding area.
