Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

Manage all HR functions for the hotel.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Oversee recruitment and selection processes.

Manage employee relations and resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Administer compensation and benefits programs.

Conduct performance management and training programs.

Maintain employee records.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a pre-opening environment.

Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
